Refund Policy
GA Tax Lien Boootcamp (GTLBC) appreciates your business. All sales are final and no refunds shall be issued for any reason. Registrations may not be transferred to another person. For payment plans, final payment is due 5 calendar days prior to bootcamp. If you are unable to make your final payment prior to the bootcamp date for which you registered, you will be allowed to transfer your payment to another event, provided you give us a 10 day notice. You may choose this option only one time before forfeiting all amounts paid. Please note, if no notice is given at least 5 days prior to bootcamp for which you registered and you do not attend the bootcamp, you will be considered a no show and forfeit all monies paid.
Release
Any event you attend may be videotaped by GTLBC. By entering this event, you grant to GTLBC the irrevocable right and license to use your name and likeness concerning you, and the right to use any video tape, motion picture, and/or still photographs made of your likeness, poses, acts and appearances, and any sound recordings of your voice made by GTLBC during the seminar and subsequent related events for which you register, without compensation to you, in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. Further, you agree in the event you provide a testimonial, either on video or in writing, that you certify the information you provide is truthful and accurate, and hereby release to GTLBC your uncontested permission to use your testimonial in its marketing or promotional efforts without any compensation to you.
